Hi Sir,
I am in california as a F1 student. I got a ticket for selling alcohol to a minor while i was working in a store. I paid the ticket but they said that it is a mistermeaner and it will be in my record for life. Since the ticket i have not encountered any kind of problem regarding my status or any kind of deprtation till date. I plan to go to india for a visit in december. My question is that will i be able to re enter US without any problem. Please help me as i am in a lot of tension.
I am doing my nursing right now. Will i have any kind of problem after i am done with my education as i plan to continue my stay here even after my education.
