Well firt's of all hi,my main question is regarding Form I-864A
Im married to a usc but did no meet the federal poverty line..
So we decided to make my mom and step dad,my sponsor's the question is i already send 3 I-864 from them separadly,and send there w2's has well,of my oarents and my wife's,but know i got a letter telling me my mom and dad do not meet the income requirement "Unlessthey combine their income has husband and wife?
Another question do each one need to fill out a I-864a,or just one,if is just one do both need their names and signatures,and also ion the tax info,do i need to combine the thier income?
