I applied for my GC on June 11, 2002 thru EB1. My I-140 was approved in Jan 2003. I filed my I-485 in August 2003. My receipt notice date for I-485 is August 4, 2003, but my priority date is June 11, 2002.
Will my I-485 be processed per my priority date or my receipt date? This will make a big difference in the approval timeline, esp. with the excessive backlog in the California Center.
