Hi folks - My first H1-B expired in Feb 2004, but I had applied for my extension and got receipt notice in Oct 2003, and just got it approved in March 2004. I am thinking of going to canada to get my new VISA stamp. Would there be a problem since my visa expired 3 months ago? Would I be in violation of any immigration laws? Any advise is much appreciated. Thanks.
