My visa expired on Oct 14th 2002 after six years. I had filed for extension for 7th year on Oct 12th 2002 as my GC labor has been pending since May 2001. As this new law was signed by the president on Nov 2nd 2002, will it apply for the extension that I have applied or do I need to reapply. Any suggestion/advice will be highly appreciated.
