I am a student on F-1 visa doing MS in Computer Science.I have been offered full time job and my employer wants to file H-1 for me.My parents recently got GreenCard and they have already filed immigration for me.My question is will the petition filed by my parents would in anyway hamper my H-1 visa processing by my employer?
