i've won dv lottery 2005 from asia (00003XXX). i am on my OPT and would like to adjust my status in the US. i went to many lawyers and ask many friends but could not get definite answer. while i was in school i applied for EAD. i worked 7/8 after the EAD expired. how does that affect my case? in the meantime i got married recently and would like to file my wife's case as well. she has the same issue. worked without authorization for few yrs. i would appreciate your thoughts and experience.
