Question regarding Documents for Interview

Hi all,

I am asking all the following questions as i am getting ready to prepare my documents for my CP Interview. Please help.

1) I got my PCC in Feb 2003 and my interview is in June 2003, do i need to take another PCC or the one i have is valid?

2) Do i need to take IRS2003 Form or all my Tax Filings for last 5 years is good enough. Do i need to request for tax transcirpts from IRS or the copies of my filings are good enough?

3) Do i need to take Sailing Permit or not as there are some people who has taken it and some who has not?

4) Was there any changes took place in the fees to be paid? I think we have to pay $335 per person at the time of interview as i am going for AC140 process. or is it $335 and $65 visa application fees per person ?

CP Gurus, Please let me know as it will be very helpful.

You do not need another PCC. The one you have should be good enough.

Only last 3 years tax return copies are enough. Tax transcripts are required only if you do not have copies of returns.

3) Do i need to take Sailing Permit or not as there are some people who has taken it and some who has not?
Sailing permits are no longer required.
4) Was there any changes took place in the fees to be paid? I think we have to pay $335 per person at the time of interview as i am going for AC140 process. or is it $335 and $65 visa application fees per person ?
Fees are still at $335 total per applicant.

Not required. It is actually IRS9003, not 2003.
