My brother is in the process of applying his immigration visa Family (F2B). We received his pack 3 and other documents last December and his case was completed by NVC in July 2004 and is now sitting at the U.S. consulate since then. Due to the recently slow movement on visa cut-off dates, his case has not yet reached his priority date. he is confused. Does anyone know whether he needs to reach the priority date before getting his interview letter? thanks
