i have a question, do i need Affidavit of Support, I864. if my wife and i are both working??
My wife and i didn't go travel(honeymoon) after we get married, becaue we both tight at workin in new york, u know how tough to make money in new york. will that going to be a problem during the interview?
all the pictures we were taken are in new york, will that be problem
i guess i need hurry up sort all my docs for interview.

thanx all, i learned a lot from this form

I dont' think that will be a problem, not all the people go to honeymoon since can be other plans around. Well you live in NY it is common that most of your pictures will be over the place you live in, and if you have been traveling add those too.
Start gathering all the info and bills, you still have 4 months to go...
Good luck,

Honeymoon-shmoneymoon

A honeymoon doesn't mean that you have to spend $$ in some fancy place or some fancy hotel.

You had your honeymoon- right here in NY- even if you had to go to work and start the honeymoon all over again when you got home.

Your honeymoon is your experience. A walk in the park- staying home for the entire weekend.

You will need a new affidavit of support. If your husband has enough capital to meet the poverty level- then you don't have to include your income. Almost forgot- i believe the form asks for the 3 most recent tax returns- by the time you have your interview next year, you will have to submit 2005 return. i.e your most recent might not include the returns that were submitted with your prior application.
