Can anyone please give some suggestions please..
my company Filed my GC labor from Ny city in Aug 2001 and i dont know when it will clear..i am completing my 6 yeras in april 2004..
i want to try from another company which is in New England..i dont know exact state..
but for RIR/EB2 ..how many days i have to wait and then apply for GC labor once i started adds??
can anyone please let me know ASAP...
i want to start this process by next week..
is it okay once i put advertisement in one National paper is enought or wait for 2 or 3 months then apply for GC labor..
