Question regarding acceptable forms of ID for GC interview in Newark

I have my GC appointment next week in Newark. One of the documents that I have been asked to bring with me is a government issued id. I have valid out of state (not NJ) license. Will showing the out of state license as a form of ID get me into trouble? I do have all other documents (valid passport, EAD etc).

Having been in Newark for my AOS interview before, I think the out-of-state License is fine. It is governement issued no matter how you look at it. Just bring it and your passport and you will be fine.

If in doubt bring whatever forms of IDs you have with you, like employee card, health care card with photos and etc.
