question regard to I-765

my I-765 approved today in the email; but i got 2 questions;

question 1:
in the email, it said send to production; i will get card within 30 days;
do anybody know average how long is the card will be mail to me;
does really take 30 days?

question 2:
can i apply or accept job offer before the EAD card get here? because currently i am a F-1 student but file for AOS through marriage to a US citizen;

We've gotten 4 EADs from VSC and each time it was sent within 2-3 days of the "sent to production notice". But the last of these was over a year ago, so things might be different now. Also, yours might not be at VSC but elsewhere.

You can "apply" and "accept" a position. But you cannot start working until you have your EAD. Federal law currently requires a new employee to provide proof of work eligibility within 3 days of the employment start date.

Q1: I had the same message on Feb 28th , my card arrived on March 2nd !!! I think that you'll get it soon also !!!

Q2: Try to do it with a copy of that e-mail , but i think that you'll get your card soon , and you can do that without any problems !!!

My wife and I filed our EAD renewal January 25, 2006. My wife received her EAD card production email March 03, 2006, whereas there has been no update on my status. Can anyone explain this scenario? Has anyone gone through a similar situation in the past. Any ideas what may be going on?

Got EAD for my wife today in mail, No change in Message on line, Still says
Card production ordered.No change in LUD for me though we applied together.
Sent an expedite request to MO. I dont know what is there criteria in picking up applications. It looks like they just grab it from a pile. Whoever is lucky gets it. I am in the same situation.I took an infopass 2 days earlier and the officer told me he cant do anything if its not 90 days. But he saw my printout with the missing Eligibility criteria nos. LIke C()().He asked me to write a letter to NBC, and thats what I did today and express mailed it. Lets see, I am keeping my fingers cross.
