My friend is on a H1 with Company A(friend's company).
Company A has filed his Labor Application for Greencard process. His Labor is not yet approved still and seems to take more than a year to approve. Now his 6year H1 limit is coming to an end in 6 months. He knows that he can stay in US extending his H1 year by year till his Greencard is approved. But can he now change the employer to Company B for this 6 months and continue later on with Company B and extend year by year using Company A's Labor filing.
