Question : Re Retrogression of Priority dates

I don't want to comment on your friend's wisdom. But, according to mine, unless visa numbers are used big time there will be no retrogression... looking at the speed at which INS is processing I-485 petitions currently, it is apparent that visa numbers are not being used .....

It might happen if BCIS reduces the processing time. That's the one of the reason BCIS is very slow.
