Question Re PR with a job sponsr

I was just wondering what would happen in these circumstances:

Have a job offer from a Canadian employer

Confirmed by HRDC

How long do I have to stay in this job until I can begin looking for a new one and if I were to leave this job soon after arriving in Canada, would it affect my PR application?


This is just a theoretical question.
