Question re: List of trips outside USA for N400

Hi,
I have a green card for 10 years already, but have been outside US (finished my education) untill 5 years ago. I have traveled to US feww times to maintain the green card but can't remember when exactly.
1.Is it necessary to list ALL the trips one has made outside US since becoming a permanent resident or last 5 years is enough? How strict is INS about some info missing (possible forgotten , since I traveled quite a lot in and out).
2. I have lost my passport and just applied for a new one. Is it necessary for the application for N400 ?
3. Do I need to renew my green card that expires this September or just wait untill I receive the US passport?

I would be very greatfull for any advice or info.

not when you apply. later during interview
