Question RE: applying GC for parents from China

I need your help: for those of you who petitioned GC for your parents from China.

I have filled out DS230 Part I and mailed them out to NVC.

1) When will they send us DS 230 Part II?
2) How long it will take for my parents to get notifications to take interview in Guangzhou?
