Hi,

I am currently in US working on a H1-B Visa. I am married and my spouse still resides in India and is planning to come to US in Dec2004/Jan2005 timeframe.

I am planning to apply for Canadian Immigration under Skilled Worker category (RPC-Buffalo) and I am planning to include my spouse in my application. Could someone let me know if it is possible to do so as she has never been in US. Since, I will be applying at Buffalo and my wife is still residing in India, will my application be acceptable.

NO problem, I had the same situation, and I just got my passport stamped, will be landing soon. Good luck.
 
You should not have any problems but keep in mind if you they decide to interview you, your wife should be here in US at the time of interview. Make sure, she doesn't have any problems in getting H4 stamped and coming to US.
