My spouse has EAD. What is the procedure to apply for SSN. I was thinking, 485 receipt + passport + EAD would be more then enough to apply for SSN. Am I missing anything?
That should be sufficient .. usually they check the visa on passport, but our 485 receipt and EAd will be enough to establish proof of qualification to work in USA.
