question on WAC-02-107-5!!!!

My receipt number from INS was recd on Feb 7 2002. First FP is May 22 as seen by INS.

Since the CSC processing time has move to Jan 30 is there a possiblity that my case would be seen.

I am relatively new to this forum. Also i would like to know
what is RD and ND dates and how to figure this out.

Both received date (RD) and notice date (ND) can be found on your I-485 receipt notice.

RD - Your application Received by INS - i.e Receipt Date
ND - Your application opened by INS - i.e Notice Date

This is my understanding... .
