Sorry to post it here ....as there is not much traffic in the B-Visa Section ... Pls bear with me....
My mom has a multiple entry Visitors Visa that was issued in 2000 and she visited me in 2000 ... can she use that visa (which does not have a FP) without having to make a trip to the US Embassy in India to get a FP on the VISA ?
Do the jerks at POE understand ALL this and are inline with reality ?
