I have an interview for an H1 soon. During my previous stay my change of status was denied and was told that I was accruing unlawful presence. I left rightaway.
On the visa application form, there is this question-"have you ever violated the terms of a US visa, been present unlawfully in the US, overstayed"- Does this question apply to me ?
Any input would be appreciated.
