Question on Very new company and 140

A very new company(9 months Old) got about 5 labor certification approved from a faster state. That is the only office company has, so no branch or head office issue. I have seen posts where INS has asked for last three years tax returns.

What are chances of getting 140 through such company? Appreciate your expert opinion.
