Question on Vaccinations for the Gurus..,

I am one of those May 2002 Filers and we got our FP done on Sep 8th 2004 and i am waiting for approval in my case....,

Here is my question..,

My wife didn't take her vaccinations when we filed for 485 as she was pregnant and i am expecting an RFE towards it..,

Will they process our applications separately , meaning will i have to wait till her RFE is resolved or will i get approval for my case independent of my wife's RFE etc..,

We were in same situation. Our 140s and 485s were concurrently adjudicated few days back. In that we got an email on 9/29 that my wife got a medical RFE while my case was approved on 9/30.
Havnig searched other cases I would conclude if you are the primary they will approve your case and then send an RFE for her case. The follow up after medical RFE is typically very quick (within a month). I will udapte you as we move further.
