Question on Updates?

Receantly i have been getting a number of updates on
my case. It was updated on 02/25/06 and on 02/28/06 but the message did'nt change on my profile could it be that i will get approved soon or is it something that been happening to everybody. I would appriciate anybodies insight in this matter.

Asylum2000, now it could be for two reasons. Either the IO is sending you a RFE or approving your case. But since you are noticing those LUD changes (regardless what the message says) IO is working on your case. And since that's happening 9/10 times your approval is just at the corner. Even though if you receive a RFE don't get upset just follow what that asks you to do & send them that & you'll be approved very soon. Actually it all matters when those IO's go through our files. It don't take much time for an approval for those IO's but the sad thing is IO's don't even have time to do so. But in your case due to the LUD change I'm 100% sure you are going to be heading that way (approval) pretty soon. Good luck.

You are going to be approved soon. Not only for your LUDs but because a lot of ND2003 have already been approved.

Asylee2000, yes you can be approved. My message never changed january 9 when I sent my RFI. However, I noticed some luds and on march 01 I was approved. Everything is possible nowadays with the USCIS.Good luck
