Say, my case gets transferred to San Jose local office and I move out to some other SC (like VSC/TSC) location, after x months of wait at San Jose will I get a call for interview or will it then be trasferred again to the local office I reside at that time?

Did anyone have this kinda experience?
Please share. Thanks.

If you inform them of address change, then probably it will get transferred again. - thats my guess though

mango_pickle,

I don't know if you want to take the risk of transfering to TSC! There are people from 2000 waiting for approvals.

If it came to that situation, I would take the trouble and expense of maintaining my residence in CA as well as where ever you move too.

Compared to TSC, CSC atleast moves occasionally!

I may most probably have to move to east coast (falls under VSC). But I guess the SC processing times have nothing to do with the local office times. right?
My Question is if before I physically move to east coast, if my case gets transferred locally here (san jose), will it get trasnferred again to local office in east coast, if I notify them of my address change.

Even if I maintain some address here (say friend's) and then move to east coast and if I get RFe (Im march '02 case) and the paystubs/rfe reveals Im working in east coast won't that be a problem since I have not told INS my whereabouts using Ar11.
