Question on TPS

Can a person who holds TPS status apply for Advance Parole (I-131)?

Has anyone in this forum ever applied for Advance Parole (while holding TPS status)? If yes, what was your experience? Also, are people with Advance Parole documents ever "harassed" by BCIS officers upon return to the USA?
