Question on the Service Center in the 2nd FP

Yesterday, I received my 2nd FP notice. The good news is that, my service center that will collect these has changed/been updated, so my travel is cut down from 1.5-2 hours to 1/2 hour.

The question is: the mail obviously came from VSC, but inside, in the service center area, it says ESC. I am sure this is not a big deal, but does anyone know if there is any actual significance to this ESC thing?
 
ESC stands for Eastern Service Center, which is an old name for vermont Service Senter. Don't worry, it is technically VSC.
