Hey,
Can I file N400 90 days before my marriage reach 3 years??
I got my PR based on employment on my own. Then I married a US citizen, my spouse is a citizen through birth in US.
I want to apply for citizenship through based on 3 years as a Permanent Resident married to a US citizen.(because it only require 3 years on PR instead of 5 years on PR).
Since I got PR before marriage, now I have been on PR for 3 years, but my marraige have not reach 3 year until 90 days from now. Can I file N-400 form now?
Almost all the reference that I found refer to 90 days before 3 years WAS on PR. But that is not my situation. My PR already reach 3 years now, but the marriage is short of 90 days to reach 3 year.
Can someone help??
Thanks in advance
