Question on Status

Hi

I have my EAD approved & my 6 years on H1B Visa would end in Oct-05.I plan to apply for extension.On the personal front I plan to marry some time in the end of the year.For this I have to go to my home country ( India )

Now once I get new extended H1 , on which my to be wife gets H4.I plan to come to US immdtly as I have my job , she would follow me after some time.
Now I plan to work on EAD status as soon as I come, cause I have full time offer from my client .

So my question is if I change the status here, my wife gets the H4 there & travels to the US, would she have any problems at the entry port, or any other issues ?

I think you are trying to handle many important events at the same time.
Prioritize them before taking a decision. We see there are some 485 approvals within 6 months of Receipt Date.
