I am in the process of submitting documents for RFE that I got for our I-485. I have a question of my daughter's status that I need to submit as part of RFE.
When my daughter came here she was on H4 and I was on H1. My status got changed after I have used my AP from H1 to EAD according to my lawyer. My H1 is expiring in July'07 and I am not going to renew it because am on EAD.
Accoring to USCIS, I should submit my RFE documents by june 17th and am waiting for my wife's non-availiabilty certificate because no birth certificate.
Question is
What is my daughter's status now and after july?
Is her status 'Pending for adjustments' ?
What documents should I send as part of my daugther's status RFE?
