I got my finger prints done in Oct. 2001 and haven\'t heard any change in the AVM as yet. I called up the IIO 3 - 4 weeks back and they said they have no info on the FP whereas the FBI says the info was sent on the same day. I also applied for my change of lawyer and change of address in Oct. 2001 and the INS records don\'t have these changes on my record. My lawyer is sending a formal written inquiry for the FP and another change of lawyer G28 form. I am planning to also send a FAX inquiry as I am not sure if the INS will send a reply for the lawyer\'s letter. Does anybody has experience with something like this before? Any information on this will be a great help.
