Question on RFE

Folks,

Does the RFE go to the attorney or beneficiary? I still haven't received the RFE (AVM says RFE sent on 8/7).

There was a problem with the attorney's address during the original filing.

Please post your replies and let me know if you also get a copy of the RFE.

Just spoke to an IIO and she said that I will get a copy and I need to check with the post office first.

No the beneficiary does not recieve the Rfe or the copy of the rfe

my opinion

According to my attorney, normally RFE goes to the attorney not the beneficiary

In my case, IIO said copies were sent to both, but I have never got my copy in the mail even after my RFE response (using attornet's copy) was received by INS.
