Question on RFE

I am about to respond to an RFE and would like to seek an advise from you gurus.

11 months back my wife got residency in NJ and she moved there, I being the primary applicant is still with the same company and residing at the same address but in different state(NY).

I filled a AR11 for her but did not called the BCIS office to confirm about the change of address. In that form I showed my NY address as permanent address and her new address as temporary.

BCIS asked to submit the last 2 years earnings statement for me.

I wanted to submit along with W2s, my tax returns but in the latest tax return (filled jointly) the total income is very high when compared to my salary(combined salary for me & my wife ).

My concern is if I submit the 2003 tax return(which shows wife working if different state) might raise doubts and would slow down the process.

Please advise

Q: Should I just submit W2s of mine and leave out the tax returns?

OR

Q: Should I submit W2s and 2002 tax return and leave out 2003's tax return?

OR

Q: Should I submit W2s and 2002/2003 tax returns ?

Sorry for this lengthy question but would love to hear back from each of you guys.

Please advise.

Thanks,

glb.
