Question on Response to NOID, I-140, EB2-NIW

I have received NOID on my I140 EB2-NIW from TSC regarding labor certification and scope of national interest. I have double masters degrees and more than 10 years of experience. Concurrently I am a full time employee at a university (in NIW area) and am also pursuing my PhD at the same US university. I will be done done with the class work at end of this semester while working on dissertation (expecting to graduate in 2010). I have not mentioned my PhD in the initial package. Will it be OK to mention about my PhD in response to the NOID (as a future endeavors in the field of interest) or should I disregard the PhD. Will there be negative consequences on the case, if I mention it? Thanks in advance
