Question on qualification

Hi Gurus
Please clear my doubt.

My LC says that it requires Bachelors + 2year experience. Bachelors means (16 years education). It does not say any thing else.

I have MCA from India and it is 18 (15+3) years and two years experience before this company.

question is : Will I qualify for this requirement even though LC does not say anything about masters?
 
If your ETA form says combination of degrees are accepted, then you are safe. Or atleast if it has 'Bachelors or Equivalent', then you are still safe, if at all any problem, you can appeal and you can win the battle.

But you would need an educational evaluation certificate saying combination of your degrees are equivalent to US Bachelors degree.
 
Here are ETA details

Degree: "Bachelors"
Field of study: "Computer Science"
Experience: 2 years experience in relevant field

I have submitted evaluation certificate also. MCA is equals to MS in US.

Will be there any problem?

Thanks for reply. I have seen many threads discussing that they got RFE and denied on education evaluation.
Why would you think that there is no issue with mine?
In my appliation they did not specify anything lke "equalent or combination of degrees"
Please clarify me.

Look at my first post where I explained clearly. Since you have master degree in computer related field, probably you will not have problem. Even if you get RFE, you can appeal and convince USCIS.

So don't worry, hope for the best.
