I am preparing the materials for NIW application. My lawyer told me to provide him a complete list of publications and presentations. And he needs the copies of all publications. My question is that if I should also provide him the copies of all my presentations? His answer is No. But I still want to confirm it. Could anybody give me some suggestions? Thank you all.

I photocopied the abstracts out of the conference programs. Everything positive counts.

It does no harm to provide more credentials, such as conference presentations, unless your laywer thinks the materials you provided already make a strong case. Otherwise, why not add more?

OF COURSE, do provide copies of your presentations too. Now why in the world the attorney would not want to use them too. More the supporting documents, stronger your case. Presentations, abstracts, publications, copies of any exhibits, power point presentations etc etc ....everything counts lady.
