Question on public assistance

Hi, there

My wife ever received the assistance from WIC program while she was pregnant. However, we forgot to report it while filing our I-485 in 2002. Actually, we didnot realize this issue until recently. What should we do now? We have not done our fingerprints yet. Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
 
Should be OK since wic is not a public charge.

Edited: I miss the point. You mean "public assistance" rather than "public charge". For that you may need to consult your lawyer.
