Hi ,
I am confused on the PD and RD thing.....This is what it is.....
I filed for Labor in July 2003 in EB2 RIR thro CA. ...My state was thro in July 2004 and was sent to DOL after that....
1) So my priority date is Jul 2003 ?...is that right ?..
2) What is the received date ?...
I also think that my case has been moved to Dallas BEC( as per our forum discusions) ......Havent recd any letter from them yet ...
3) Does anyone have information on how fast things will move at the BEC's.
4) Should I ask my employer to change this to PERM in Mar 2005 ?...bcos with PERM I guess, it gets cleared within 45 days ....Then I can file for 140 and 485 concurrently.????..
Can anyone please throw some light ?...
