Question on priority date ?

Hello All,
    I have a question on priority dates ? here is the background about my case.
 I filed for Labor certification in nov 1996 from michigan. I moved from michigan to ohio . My employer told that the labor was \'employer specific\' and so have to reapply for labor again. so i applied for labor in march 1999. both the labor certification got approved in june 1999.

I filed for 485 , my RD is jan 14 2000 and nd is jan 21 2000 fp 01/03/2001.

I wanted to know what would be my priority date ? Is there a way for INS to consider the nov 1996 labor.

I don\'t think so cute_dude! When you applied new labor means it\'s start over, so your new labor is what I think. This is not a legal advise, pl. check with your lawyer!
