Question on Photos

Is it true that USCIS don't accept photos taken with digital camera?
Do we have to send only the instant photos (polaroid) with N-400 ?

USCIS has no problem with photos taken with a digital camera. In fact, some of the places that take passport photos, like Eckerd's and Walgreens etc., are going to a digital format.

However, what USCIS does not want is people altering/retouching a digital photo. A digital photo itself is ok.
