Can some one help me to find out what is the Priority Date in my case. I have received the letter Final Determination\' from the U.S.D.O.L. on the Nov 04, 1999 (this one says that form TEA 750 has been certified and enclosed). My lawyers have mentioned to me that this letter is LAC and now my I-140 is also through (SC). The above mentioned letter has a date of acceptance for processing - Sep, 10, 1999.
I am EB2/India/RI basis and as I said my I-140 has been approved (Nov 20, 2000). When can I file for the I-485 ? Is the cut-off date in my case current ?
Any help would be appreciated as I am fairly new and getting into learn stuff.
