Question on OCI Form A

Hi,

Do we need to send two Form A with original signature in both the forms or making a copy of the signed Form A would be fine?

I spoke to Travisa. The first representative said to have the original signature in both Form A and suddenly the line got disconnected. Called up again and was told by another representative to copy the first signed form A and attach which is completely opposite of what the first person said. Not sure what to do as nothing is mentioned in the instruction section of Travisa. Please advise.
 
We submitted OCI application for my son and we had his thumb print on original part A and made it a copy. His application was approved and waiting for me to send his passport. I would say Signing on both will not affect or making signed copy should also work fine.
