I moved to upsate NY and I have received my fingerprints notice with a scheduled appointment in ASC,Newark,NJ scheduled around end of March 05. I have already updated USCIS with my NY address and sent AR11 after moving.
My question is -
Can I get the fingerprinting done in Albany,NY . If they allow me there(I have just obtained NY driver's license also) then
do I have to contact ASC,Newark that the FP has been done in NY
or
do I have to ask NY people to give me a proof that it's been done and ask them to contact Newark,NJ office.
or
do I have to call Newark,NJ center in advance and let them know that I've moved out of state and get their permission
How does it work.Wil I be in trouble by doing this out of state.Could anyone enlighten me with their experience
