Question on NVC AVM

The fee bill got cleared and St. Loius notified the NVC couple of days back. The NVC AVM message says it has received the fee bill, and it will take another 4-6 weeks for further instructions.

My question is,

Is this message to generate and send P3 or is there any other message that I should be looking for?

After P3 is mailed, AVM changes to "awaiting the return of biographic information from you". After this message usually within a week you should recieve your P3.
 
amigo777 is correct but AFTER the bill is encashed but BEFORE the message "awaiting biographic form from the lawyer" there will be another message "NVC has generated the biogrpahic form". This message will last only for a day or two after which the message will read "awaiting biographic form from the lawyer"
 
Is it on the right track (before the biographic form messages..)if the message says

"it has received the fee bill, and it will take another 4-6 weeks for further instructions. "

???
 
yup..very much on the right track ... start counting weeks towards CP interview and soon days...
