Question on N-400 Part 10 D

Hello,

Question 16 , I understand includes any traffic citations. So, if all I have are 2 traffic citations, should I answer yes to question 17 and 18 , " Have you ever been charged with committing a crime or offense " and " have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense " ? Is a minor traffic violation considered an " offense " ?


Question " number of times you have been married " . Does that include current marriage. So if I've been married once before and this is my second marriage, should I answer 1 or 2 to that question .

you answer yes to the question that's asking you have you ever been cited, arrested, or detained by a police officer. but have you ever been convicted of a crime or offense would be NO because it's not an offense...
