I Applied my I-485 and I-140 on Aug18 th 2003.
I-140 Got Approved on 21Sep 2004.
And my 485 is not approved. I called INS and they replied me back with the below messsage;
MY 1-485 cas has been selected for DETAILED REVIW which will take longer time than the normal time. Should be in touch with if INS as any questions/concerns about the case.
Does any one encounter the same as I while in 485 is processing?
How long do I have to wait for 485 Approval?
Please share your valuable advise on this case
