Question on Medical Test?

I went to a INS authorized medical Doctor and they asked me to have MMR and Tetanus Vaccines as I did not have records of
vaccines and I agreed for the same and the Doctor said there is a shortage of tetanus vaccines through out the country and they will not give that. I do not know what they will fill in the form. SHould I make it a point to get it from some other doctor or is it ok if they just put in the remarks column that there is a national shoratge and will be asking for a deferrement of this shot.

My question is isit ok??? will the INS not send and RFE on this??? I want to make sure every thing is smooth with the INS guys!!!
Please clarify on the same.

as long as ur doctor signed the thinggy and sealed it dont worry about it ... thats all u need
please stop worrying ... u\'ll be okay
it will help if u read the form urself it has all the instructions on it and how the whole thing works
