I am sorry jf77rkz6, but skin test can be taken during pregnancy. The guy may be right.
I am riding on the same boat, my wife\'s skin test for TB was done luckily the test was negative. If skin test comes positive then chest X-ray cannot be taken during pregnancy (I do know some cases where chest x-ray were taken by using some shields but that is risky).
As far as the original question of getting RFE if vaccination is not taken? I asked my attorney about it, she told me that it is up to INS, there are cases where they just approved without any RFE.
